International events in Sweden

Several International events in Sweden are held annually. Among these international events in Sweden, the most prominent are the sports activities. Gothia Cup in Gothenburg is the largest junior tournament in the world which is open for all FIFA associations. Another popular Sweden international events is the Vattern-Rundan. Every year, the week before midsummer, it is held sometime in mid June. It is basically a bicycle race, covering a distance of three hundred km, where both men and women participate. Many countries along with a large number of competitors participate in this bicycle race. Women can also participate in the race Tjej Vattern which covers a distance of 150km.

At Sweden, the Stockholm World Water Week is held which includes Stockholm water seminars, symposiums and events organized in close collaborations with other institutions and organizations.
