The most densely inhabited state in U.S.A, California, is located in the eastern Pacific region of the United States of America. People come to this country for reasons ranging from tourism to business to education and a lot others. The state of California provides an array of natural beauties which are also exceptionally enthralling. Sacramento, the capital of California, also sees several travelers coming and going out for various reasons. Some of the Flights to Sacramento are served by the Natomas Airport.

The capital of the California County, Sacramento, is the administrative centre of the district. Ranked as the seventh most populated city in California, it stands in the expensive Central Valley. Agriculture and commerce chiefly are the departments around which the economy of the state revolves. Apart from education and business purposes the abundance of natural resources in the form of mountains, rivers, highlands etc bring many people to this land.

There exist four airports in Sacramento, namely, Natomas Airport, Sacramento Executive Airport and Sacramento International Airport.

Natomas Airport is located in the northwest of San Francisco. It was actually inaugurated in 1945 under the name of Branstetter Airport. The name Natomas Airport came into existence only around 1957-61. According to reliable sources, it had an unpaved runway earlier but later on got a paved asphalt runway of 200feet. Local pilot Don Rodrigues has put it that the airport was the home of American Aero Club managed by Russ Kilmer and operated by Sacramento Aero Services. The runway was lengthened in 1987 and the new measure came to 2700 feet. Studies show that there were ten aircrafts based on the field of this airport. Also, a ramp, two parallel taxiways and a number of small hangars were present.

Apart from the all the glitter and twenty first century fast pace of Tech Coast, Hollywood, Silicon Valley, the state of California in U.S.A has plenty of natural resources in the form of Cascade Range, Sacramento River, Sierra Nevada, White Mountains, the Central Valley, etc.
