Grand Canyon National Park Airport along with the Valle Airport serves the Grand Canyon region in Arizona. The airport is located in Tusayan, Coconino County in Arizona. The South Rim of the Grand Canyon is just about seven miles from the airport. The airport is majorly used by the tour operators who conduct guided scenic tours and it is served primarily by the charter flights.

Grand Canyon National Park Airport was opened for business purpose way back on the year 1967. The airport terminal was fully completed by 1967.
