Carnaval Miami and Calle Ocho

The Carnaval Miami is one of the largest events held in the city. Featuring an appeal between both the young and old, the locals and international tourists, the event is a manifestation of contests, art and jazz performance, and various other tournaments. The Miami carnaval is also popularly known as one of the largest Hispanic festival of Europe. The major highlight of the nation is the biggest street festival that isknown as Calle Ocho. The Kiwanis club of Little Havana every year during February and beginning of March usually hosts this festival. The event full of fun also hosts grand feasts presenting the taste and flavor of international cuisine. Latin and Jazz festival along with culinary competitions and other musical concerts form the festival.
