The only thing that outshone the lovely designer evening gowns of actresses were the dazzling trophies for the winners of the Academy Awards 2008. A grand show befitting the occasion of the 80th Annual Academy Awards ceremony was held on 24th February 2008 at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood, Los Angeles. Several actors and actresses from across the world took flights to USA to be a part of this ceremony and celebrate the annual awards ceremony. Numerous producers and directors who also took flight to USA to enjoy the Oscar Awards 2008 ceremony joined them.
The Academy Awards 2008 had some great performances and presenters. Needless to say, Jon Stewart tickled the funny bone of the audience and over a billion viewers who enjoyed the Oscar Awards 2008 show on their television sets.
