Orchid Valley is kept open all days, from morning 8:30 am to evening 5:30 pm.
Admission
The viewers need to pay a nominal amount on entry. The amount is approximately MYR8 for adults and MYR5 for children. There are seasonal discounts given for a group of 30 people visiting the farm at one go.
Route
Orchid Valley is located 30 km to northwest of Johor Bahru. It is situated at the village of Kangkar Pulai. Hence, from Johor Bahru you can avail a car and reach the farm. You can either use your own car or hire a car rental service.

It is better if you can manage to reach the farm early morning after it opens. With the morning mist flowers acquire a different look and hue. This renders the orchids an unusual beauty. If you are carrying a high definition camera with a panoramic view, photos taken would be almost lifelike.
