Winged horses and rose finches line the sacred path and the journey through the path takes you back to the ancient times, when supreme rulers had propitious creatures, birds, beasts placed in front of their mausoleum to guard them.

It is the most complete city wall that has survived in China and it is also one of the largest ancient military defensive systems in the world.
