Hangzhou is the capital of the Zhejiang province, located in the Yangtze river delta in the People's Republic of China. Myth has it that the Peak Blown Afar was blown all the way from India and set just opposite the Lingyin Temple. It is a 209 meters limestone peak, which along with the cave near it, is national cultural heritage and is protected by the national Government.
