The Melbourne Food and Wine Festival is the ultimate event for food and wine freaks across the globe to come and indulge in a beautiful wining and dining experience. It is a 16 day long event in which more than 100 restaurants of the city will take part and present unique delicacies and drinks to the visitors. You can shop in the vast food markets, take lessons at food preparation master classes and have a tête-à-tête with restaurant owners and distinguished chefs from all over the world. It is the ultimate meeting point for restaurant owners, business haunchos, chefs, hospitality staffs and food freaks from different and diverse origins with a common liking towards good food and great wine. The Lunches and Dinners of Melbourne Food and Wine Festival 2008 will take place in most of the restaurants of the city.
