The Check in the International terminal is located on Level 4, while in the domestic terminal it is located on Level 1.
Currency Exchange:
If one wants to exchange foreign currency or travelers’ cheque then one can head for Travelex outlets on Level 2, 3, and 4.
Prayer Room:
A prayer room is also located in the International terminal at Level 4.
Internet Access:
Internet facilities are available on Level 2, 3, 4 of the International terminal.
Airport parking:
Brisbane Airport offers three parking packages. The packages includes ParkShot, ParkLong and park valet. ParkShot is ideal for 4 hour parking, ParkLong is better for more than 4 hour of parking. The ParkVelt is included with the ParkLong services with additional services like express in and out.

The transport facilities available at the Brisbane Airport include car rental, buses, taxis, Airtrain, and Inter-terminal. These transport services are helpful in reaching the airport or traveling from the airport.

The service of the taxis is available at both the terminals. In the Domestic terminal the taxis are available in front of the terminal whereas in the International terminal the taxis are in the northern end of Level 2 arrival.

Airtrain:
Airtrain travel to the airport from Brisbane city in 22 minutes and the scheduled departure is after 15 minutes during the peak time.

The care rental services are available on both the terminal. One may rent a car from the following service providers: Avis, Hertz, Thrifty, Redspot, Budget and Europcar.
Inter-terminal transport service
For inter-Terminal transportation one may opt for Airtrain, taxis and T-Bus.
